 Position Summary

You are a services-oriented individual who is able to communicate with and relate to clients at all levels.  You enjoy managing projects end-to-end, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.  You must be detail-oriented, organized and a problem solver.  You are enthusiastic and passionate about representing the client and their needs to internal stakeholders with the company’s goals in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-of-breed client service, including strategic guidance and recommendations of industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
  • Plan, develop and manage client projects including scope and budget
  • Set and manage client expectations to maintain health of the account
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct execution of the client’s needs and requirements
  • Act as frontline to clients for any troubleshooting situation
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing
  • Create campaign reports with clear analytics showing ROI
  • Meet/Exceed expectations on client renewal rate
  • Be an expert and personable resource for each client 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in client services or account management
  • Project management experience
  • Strong familiarity with social media for enterprise use a big plus
  • HTML and CSS skills ideal
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Must be passionate and have pride in providing high quality products and services
  • Must be highly organized and be able to multi-task on a regular basis
  • Travel as needed
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Technical aptitude
  • Track-record of forging strong relationships with Fortune 1000 brands and digital agencies a plus
  • Right attitude to appreciate and participate in a collaborative environment
