We are currently looking for a digital project manager to coordinate SearchSpring integrations and professional services for our clients.  This job is on-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the customer in planning the scope, functionality, use cases and UI of the project (we sell site search and personalization solutions) so a keen understanding of eCommerce/retail is highly recommended.

• Working closely with the development team to prioritize, organize and coordinate projects.

• Effectively communicating with clients about project status and gathering client feedback.

• Managing time, budgets and development resources across projects.

• Communicating project status with internal teams including, sales, customer success, marketing and implementation.

• Working with clients to overcome technical and non-technical roadblocks.

• Ensuring project deliverables exceed professional quality standards and fulfill project requirements.

• Identifying project roadblocks and red flags and communicating them with appropriate team members.

• Managing client expectations throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• 5 years experience managing web and digital projects in the retail/eCommerce space preferred (portfolio required).

• Experience with coaching, supervision, and resource management.

• Enough understanding of eCommerce, HTML and websites to coach and provide best practices to retail clients.

• Experience with project management tools and techniques.

• Ability to work under high pressure and time-sensitive situations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail with focus on process and process improvement.
