The Financial Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation for the company’s financial tools and data platform. Dizzion is in the very early stages of identifying and implementing the tools, processes and controls to efficiently take deals from quote to cash.  In this role, you will dig in to understand all areas of the business and build KPI reporting with the systems that exist today, while building the systems that will take Dizzion through its next level of growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business drivers and develop KPI reporting to be used to manage the business internally, develop strategy and communicate with our board, investors and other stakeholders
• Drive the budget process
• Continually model scenarios as the company evolves to facilitate business strategy
• Model cost structure and evaluate new business and product opportunities
• Evaluate and implement budgeting tool
• Contribute to evaluation and implementation of tools to manage the quote to cash process
• Identify and track business metrics compared to industry
• Assist with presentations for management and board of directors
• Assist Accounting Manager with revenue analysis and monthly close as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 plus years experience in financial analysis role
• Whiz with numbers and excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition, preferably in the Saas/technology industry
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
• Acumen for critical and independent thinking
• Proficiency with Power Point presentation building
• Experience with budget and data management tools
• Intrinsic tendency for team work
• Passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
