Job Description
This job is 100% remote.
BAE is searching for a Kronos (UKG) Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our team supporting Kronos (UKG) Workforce AutoTime (timesheet/time attendance software) across BAE. We are looking for customer friendly individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner. The selected candidate will work closely with the assigned business sector and our issue tracking system to ensure customer request or issues are dispositioned in a timely manner and meet or exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
The candidate will provide day to day operational support of the Time and Attendance system Labor/Shop Floor Data Collection, and Payroll in coordination with the other members of the team. Respond to customer requests to answer questions and resolve issues. Coordinate with other support teams as needed. The candidate will also:

  • Provide troubleshooting, apply diagnostic techniques, and ask pertinent questions to ensure timely request/issue/task resolution with complete and thorough ticket documentation.
  • Create ad-hoc queries and PL/SQL scripts to analyze data and support operational requests.
  • Analyze, resolve, respond to and document end user inquiries in issue tracking system
  • Continuously update our technical knowledge base and acquires and maintains knowledge of business areas relevant to application support assignment.
  • Ensures that change management policies and procedures are being applied the process of ticket resolution.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis and develop solutions to recurring issues.
  • Develop support-script and simplify-issue-investigation scripts
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills and is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting data issues with feeding systems such as HCM (Human Capital Management), Oracle EBS labor, and financial interfaces


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 3+ years experience supporting Workforce AutoTime or other commercial timekeeping application.
  • 5 + years' experience in a multi-tiered application environment with:
    • logical database design
    • Understanding and creating SQL queries
    • Oracle databases
    • XML
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience supporting Workforce AutoTime Kronos (UKG) products and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Time and Attendance, Labor/Shop Floor Data Collection, and Payroll processing concepts.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Ticketing Disposition and Prioritization
  • Experience with Oracle EBS labor and financial interfaces
  • Experience in creating ad-hoc queries and PL/SQL


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $83900 - $142600
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
