SendGrid goes public at $16 a share, raising $131M to grow email marketing platform

Yesterday, Colorado tech darling SendGrid made its debut on the New York Stock Exchange with an initial public offering of 8.2 million shares of common stock at $16 apiece. The offering, which is slated to close on November 17, will raise $131 million for the company. California-based Arrivo unveils plans for Colorado hyperloop and Denver-based test lab

Los-Angeles-based high-speed transportation company Arrivo, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Transportation, announced this week plans to bring its hyperloop technology to the state. The project — known as Rocky Mountain Hyperloop — would create a tube from Cheyenne to Pueblo spanning 360 miles and 10 urban centers.
