Assignar works for self-perform general contractors and subcontractors on infrastructure projects across different markets. Wedfuly accepted funding from a Shark Tank investor. The live-streaming wedding platform went on ABC’s Shark Tank and received an offer from Robert Herjavec: $200,000 for 10 percent equity in Wedfuly. After the episode aired, the company was overwhelmed with additional offers and opportunities. Elsmere expanding in Colorado. Founded in 2012, Elsmere Education partners with higher education to research, develop and market graduate programs. The education tech company will add 138 jobs over the next eight years. It will continue to operate out of Denver as it expands. [Built In Colorado]
RADICL gained $3M. RADICL Defense will use this latest funding to add to its team and continue developing its platform. RADICL is a seed stage company focusing on cybersecurity and national security, with a headquarters in Boulder. The company was founded by experienced cybersecurity leader Chris Petersen. [RADICL]
