Angi partnered with Walmart. Angi, formerly known as Angie’s List, announced its partnership with Walmart to bring home services to customers of Walmart. Purely Elizabeth raised $50M. Elizabeth Stein’s brand Purely Elizabeth is a non-GMO breakfast food brand supplying different foods that provide holistic ingredients such as MCT oil and probiotics. Purely Elizabeth gained $50 million in a Series B round co-led by the SEMCAP Food & Nutrition division, Swander Pace Capital and Fresh Del Monte. The capital will go toward growing the team to around 40 employees throughout the year, as well as product innovation and launching into a new food category. [TechCrunch]

Rocket Lab opened a new CO facility. Rocket Lab USA is an aerospace company that provides various space tech such as satellites, launch services and space components for easier, but also more affordable, access to space. The company announced it will open a new space systems complex in Littleton that is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. Along with the new complex, the company will also be looking to increase its local employee headcount. [Built In Colorado]
Blue Origin will expand to Denver. Jeff Bezos’ space venture, Blue Origin, will be expanding into two new territories. One includes Denver with a new facility reportedly focusing on program management, systems engineering, software and more. [GeekWire]
Gtmhub acquired Koan. Gtmhub provides an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) platform and strategy management system for businesses to focus on and attain their goals. Koan is also an OKR platform that will integrate with Gtmhub. The acquisition comes during a time of growth for the company, with Gtmhub recently raising a $120 Series C funding round in December.
