EMS Software has been snapped up by a physical resource management solutions provider. Vendavo secures Swedish SaaS pricing software provider Navetti
Vendavo announced plans this week to expand through acquisition. The Denver-based company said Wednesday it acquired Swedish pricing software provider Navett. Fort Collins-based aerospace company purchases a unit of Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce confirmed on Monday that aerospace company Woodward Inc.’s purchase of its fuel injection systems technology unit L’Orange is now complete. The deal was originally announced in April and was set at $859 million, but the closing price was $788 million. L’Orange is a supplier of fuel injection systems for industrial diesel, heavy fuel oil and dual-fuel engines. L’Orange will be renamed Woodward L’Orange. [Press release] [Press release]

Pax8 gets a new home
Internet distribution company Pax8 has signed a lease agreement with Northstar Commercial Partners. The company’s hundreds of employees will now work out of Northstar's 5500 South Quebec building in the Denver Tech Center, which is currently home to Air Methods, Circle K Convenience Stores and the Law Offices of Scott Lowery. Pax8 currently resides in Englewood at 6400 S. Fiddler's Green Circle. The move more than doubles the company’s space.
