FlexHQ, a company that provides flexible cowarehousing solutions, is partnering with Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, to create a workspace design focused on restoration and environmental responsibility.
Its new 75,000-square-foot facility is set to open in Denver in mid-summer 2023, and it will offer 67 individual warehouse spaces, 21 private offices and hot desks, various amenities and services and an onsite team of experts for support. FlexHQ is upgrading and retrofitting the entire lighting system and will use recycled materials, energy-saving fixtures and green technologies like EV charging stations to reduce the facility’s carbon footprint.
FlexHQ’s new facility will feature amenities like conference rooms and high-speed internet as well as photo and podcast studios. It will offer services including daily shipping and receiving and fully-stocked communal kitchen.
FlexHQ opened its first cowarehouse in Los Angeles in 2022. In addition to expanding its footprint into Colorado, the company plans to grow within Texas, Florida and Tennessee. Its Denver location will open in August and is currently accepting warehouse reservations.
