Remote-friendly, hybrid work environment: Artera has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, Philadelphia (Wayne), PA, and Budapest, Hungary, where team members typically come in three days a week. Specific frequency can vary depending on your team's needs, manager expectations and/or role responsibilities. In addition to our U.S. office locations, we are intentionally building geographically concentrated teams in several key metropolitan areas, which we call our “Hiring Hubs.” This hub-based model helps us cultivate strong local connections and team cohesion, even in a distributed environment. Provides home-office stipend for remote employees
Artera’s WFH stipend and equipment reimbursements (monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.) are offered to all new employees to set up their home office.

Artera will contribute 80% for employee premium and 50% of dependent premiums. Coverage includes Orthodontia for adults and children.
Offers health insurance
Artera will contribute 100% of employee premium and 75% of dependent premium of the Medical Mid Plan. HSA eligible HDHP option also available.

Artera contributes 80% for employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums. Coverage includes eye exams, lenses, and frames every calendar year with a yearly allowance for lenses/frames or contacts.
