Full-cycle SaaS Account Executive responsible for hunting and closing new multifamily customers within a defined U.S. territory. Use AI-enabled prospecting and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to build pipeline, deliver demos, negotiate and close deals, upsell existing accounts, maintain clean CRM data, and represent the company at events. Travel ~10-15% required.

Manage collections for an assigned AR portfolio: pursue past-due balances, resolve billing questions and disputes, maintain accurate records in NetSuite and Salesforce, apply and reconcile payments, and provide regular status reporting to reduce outstanding receivables.

Convert raster maps to high-fidelity vector maps, use AI-assisted tools to speed design, audit client portfolios for quality, configure products in proprietary software, manage project routing, and collaborate with PMs to deliver accurate map revisions.

Design and own end-to-end UX for core map-based PropTech products: ideation, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff. Collaborate with PMs and engineers, use customer data and feedback, scale the design system, and integrate AI-augmented workflows to accelerate prototyping and improve user outcomes.

Lead product enablement content and narrative architecture across the product ecosystem. Author developer hub materials, API specs, and integration guides. Align GTM messaging with Marketing, synchronize cross-functional rollouts, integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content production, and measure documentation engagement to drive self-service adoption and faster time-to-value.

Lead visual strategy and execution for brand and sales collateral. Create scalable templates, data visualizations, and high-end pitch decks. Maintain editorial rigor, photo curation, and design systems while partnering with executives to translate complex product narratives into polished, revenue-driving assets.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for SightMap customers: collect and validate content, drive project timelines, coordinate internal teams, troubleshoot technical issues, ensure quality assurance, and build strong client relationships to deliver successful product launches.
