Identify and prioritize K-12 music education prospects, generate and manage sales pipelines, conduct outbound outreach and product demonstrations, handle objections, negotiate deals, and close business. Maintain accurate CRM records, meet sales quotas, forecast revenue, develop product expertise, provide prospect feedback, and transition new customers to Customer Success. Travel up to 15% for company and customer events.

Own Alfred Music’s ecommerce strategy and performance across Amazon, Shopify, DTC, and other marketplaces. Lead merchandising, pricing, promotions, SEO, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, analytics, and customer retention initiatives. Manage agencies, consultants, and contractors while developing scalable ecommerce operations. Use channel data to identify growth opportunities, guide decisions, and improve revenue and efficiency. The role requires approximately 10–15% travel for trade shows and industry events.
