Financial + Retirement
401(K)

401(K) matching
We provide a 50% match up to 6% of compensation to an employee’s 401(k) plan on a per pay period basis.
Charitable contribution matching
During our annual Employee Giving campaign Pinnacol matches dollar for dollar all pledges & one-time gifts made up to $2,500 per employee.
Performance bonus
Teams have the opportunity to earn a quarterly incentive based on exceeding goals and objectives. Targeted at 10% payout, gainsharing payouts can be up to 20% of an employee’s quarterly earnings.

Pinnacol in Action, our corporate volunteer program allows each employee is given permissive paid volunteer time to help Colorado nonprofits, resulting in 500 hours in 2020 alone
