SRAM's disability insurance benefit is 60% of an employee's monthly salary up to a $15,000 maximum monthly benefit.

SRAM matches contributions to World Bicycle Relief dollar for dollar.

SRAM will match 100% of your individual contributions to your 401(k) on the first 3% and match 50% on the next 2% contributed for a total of 4%.
