Youth Support Specialists at The Source provide 24-hour supervision and daily care for the youth and young adults receiving services and/or living at TGTHR. They support program participants by creating a safe and supportive environment, applying program policies, employing crisis intervention techniques, assisting with case management plans, and more. They also support the team by working collaboratively, attending meetings and training, maintaining open communication, and seeking professional development opportunities.

The Youth Support Specialist at Chase House provides support to youth in a residential treatment program. Responsibilities include creating a safe environment, practicing compassion, collaborating with staff and external partners, implementing behavior modification plans, providing crisis intervention, assisting with daily living skills, facilitating youth groups, and transporting youth. This is an entry-level position.
