Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution across DTC, wholesale, and enterprise channels. Own product positioning, GTM planning, campaigns, and brand expression. Partner cross-functionally with CMO, Creative, Sales, Ecommerce, and Wholesale to drive demand, build brand equity, support launches, and activate trade and partner channels for growth.

Build and maintain SKU-, channel-, and account-level demand forecasts; reconcile in-season plans with bookings; integrate promotions and lifecycle timing; analyze forecast performance and KPIs; support S&OP and partner with Supply Planning, Finance, Merchandising, and Sales to align inventory and financial targets.

Manage B2B wholesale order lifecycle from entry to delivery using NetSuite and 3PL partners. Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, vendors, and customers to track orders, resolve issues, maintain records, and improve processes to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

The Marketing Director will lead strategies for brand positioning, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive growth across various channels.
