This unique program is designed especially for new graduates, and is not for more matured professionals. We aim to fast-track your development by immersing you in a dynamic, innovative environment.
From day one, you’ll be a permanent employee and part of a select group of ambitious graduates ready to shape the future of automation. This role is based in our Denver, CO office.
The Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be working on the AutoStore Warehouse Fulfillment software. This software runs alongside the grid and orchestrates all operations happening at and surround the grid. You will be working alongside talented engineers to further develop the solution, analyze the data, and find new ways to further evolve the product. While developing expertise across multiple areas of our business, you will be supported by mentors and positioned for success in a fast-moving, technology-driven industry.
Key Tasks Responsibilities:

Gain deep understanding of the AutoStore warehouse fulfilment platform and functionality of the system

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues

Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation

Work alongside fellow Engineers to develop new experiences in one or more areas such as software engineering (.NET F#/C#, Typescript, React, Postgres), Analytics and Data Engineering (Python, Postgres, Databricks, Data Visualization, ML/AI, etc …)

Participate in design and architecture sessions

Support code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members

Work across different domain teams to learn and contribute to their respective workflows

Key Qualifications:

Strong passion for building products
-
Strong problem-solve and communication skills
-
Experience with software/hardware applications
-
Experience with software development in any language
-
Showcasing strong knowledge of the technology landscape and current trends

Some experience with functional programming (F# code) is a plus!

At minimum a BSc in a relevant engineering discipline such as for example Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.
