As an Account Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer relations, nurturing existing accounts and forging new connections with potential clients. Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: You'll be the go-to person for our current customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support.

  • Problem Solver: Swiftly address and resolve customer issues, turning challenges into opportunities.

  • Innovative Solutions Provider: Identify customer needs and recommend product enhancements or modifications that will delight them.

  • Sales Dynamo: Drive new sales by showcasing our product line to both new and existing customers.

  • Market Savvy: Keep a keen eye on the sales market in your assigned region, staying ahead of trends and opportunities.

  • Reporting: Prepare insightful reports that help us understand and improve our performance.

  • Versatile Team Player: Take on additional duties as needed, contributing to our overall success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Experience: One to three years in a related field, bringing valuable insights and skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as other business applications.

  • Industry Knowledge: A background in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

  • Company Insight: Familiarity with UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines is highly desirable.

Compensation

Salary Range:  $55,000 - $65,000 annually dependent on experience*

                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living 

 

Bonus/Incentive Pay:  The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
