Summary of Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator focusing on agency stakeholder engagement at AdCellerant, you will be pivotal in coordinating and supporting all marketing efforts aimed at our agency partners. You will work closely with stakeholders on the agency side of our business to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, initiatives, and projects that drive business growth and success for both parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders on the agency side, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Communicate campaign updates, progress reports, and performance insights to stakeholders clearly and on time.
Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to support project execution.
Content Creation and Distribution:
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials tailored to agency stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for events targeting, including virtual and in-person seminars, webinars, and conferences.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Compile and analyze marketing data and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Location Information:
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation:
The compensation range is $56,000 - $65,000, including salary and bonuses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus.
