We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a recruiter for our Partner Agent Program. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting experienced real estate agents to join our network. Your main objective will be to attract top talent and build a strong team of professionals who align with our company values and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking events, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to determine specific requirements and skills needed
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing agents
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and attract top talent
- Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets

Pay: $25/hour
10-15 hours/week

This is a fully remote, 1099 contract role.
