Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Evaluate current and proposed insurance contracts of our clients for the purpose of determining the overall competitiveness and viability of client’s benefit package.
  • Develop RFP and marketing presentations based on carrier insurance proposals.
  • Work closely with internal sales team to ensure partners’ sales activity supports strategic goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in client-management software.
  • Provide back-up support for Senior Analysts.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Be intuitive, smart, growth-minded, and take initiative.
  • Achieve high levels of productivity while working remotely.
  • Possess industry fluency - know insurance!  Feature minimum of three years of experience working for a group health/life insurance carrier or group health/life insurance broker. 
  • Be technically savvy: Excel knowledge is required. 
  • Claim attention to detail and organization as superpowers!
  • Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Apply critical thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of contracts.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while meeting client’s deadlines.
  • Thrive in a very fast-paced environment

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $60,000 to $80,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
