The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning. This position can collaborate with one or several business units or functions.
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Stay up to date on the latest processes and advancements to modernize systems.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Perform requirements analysis. Document and communicate the results of the analysis.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Work closely with Architects, Product, Stakeholders and development teams.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Update, implement and maintain procedures.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Perform other duties as requested.
Required EducationBachelor's degree in business or related field

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$67,100.00 to $117,200.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
