About Us: We are a Series A crypto startup building a developer platform for onchain commerce. Our mission is to empower developers to build the next generation of consumer crypto applications by making tokens easy to build with and streamlining crypto payments. We support hundreds of crypto businesses, including Magic Eden and Coinbase, across a variety of verticals like gaming, social, payments and more. We have a deeply technical team with expertise in blockchain indexing, protocol design, and cross-chain interoperability and are looking to bring on a motivated Business Development Manager to join our small, growing team.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, action-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth. This role is critical in identifying and building partnerships with a broad range of Web3 projects, including chains, wallets, defi protocols, aggregators and others. The ideal candidate must be Web3 native, with 3-5 years of experience in project-facing roles, preferably in BD, Growth, Developer Relations, or Ecosystem teams. They should have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of the mechanics of DeFi and interoperability solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires actively engaging in technical conversations with clients and driving new integrations and partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our platform’s reach and user base.

  • Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaborations.

  • Work closely with technical teams to align business objectives with product capabilities.

  • Engage with developer communities, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption.

  • Drive new integrations and ensure successful implementation with partners.

  • Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to optimize growth strategies.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in Web3, with project-facing experience in business development, developer relations, or ecosystem teams.

  • Strong technical knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and interoperability protocols.

  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
