Job Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing business analysis and providing insights that solve problems across business units. This position will require working directly with stakeholders to identify and execute process improvement opportunities. The successful candidate will leverage the ability to handle manual/repetitive tasks, independently drive process improvement efforts within the team, and provide measurable quality, efficiency, and throughput gains for CXO and the wider wireless business.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate time to complete work requests, respond to ad-hoc urgent requests while managing scheduled deliverables, coordinate delivery across multiple analytical organizations
  • Use advanced knowledge of departmental processes and dynamics, along with intermediate understanding of cross-functional processes and procedures, to research, develop, and present business cases that clearly articulate the value proposition of strategic projects to senior management
  • Evaluate trends, drive comparison to standards and competitor performance, and research strategic views of network, device, software, and system component performance against a variety of demographic, geographic, and other variables
  • Monitor and report on the performance of initiatives, providing recommendations based on outcomes and process developments
  • Present comprehensive data, conclusions, and recommendations to leadership. Prepare, produce, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports measuring, monitoring, and alerting the business regarding unforeseen shifts in performance; maintain data files and input values into various reports in an efficient manner
  • Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and report automation using various methods, i.e., databases, spreadsheets, external data sources, IT development, and execute changes to systems with little or no impact. Implement and drive automation projects to reduce labor and increase efficiency
  • Helps with team member skill-building to drive team efficiency in delivering work that meets standards for excellence
  • Meets performance metric expectations and produces quantifiable results


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BS degree in a relevant field, 2+ years of experience in business analytics


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of computer expertise, including office productivity suite (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and shift direction in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions


This is a non-technical position, but the following is nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SQL query languages, database management, and/or Python (Analytical software & API integration)
  • Basic level of Linux server management

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
