Summary of Role:

Join our team as the Business Operations Manager, supporting our West Central Region, where you'll build valuable relationships that drive business success. As a key connector between our dealers, regional management teams, and corporate leadership, you'll provide essential support across all business operations. You'll help implement winning strategies and innovative programs designed to strengthen our dealer network. Your role will include identifying promising candidates, presenting opportunities to potential dealers, and guiding successful appointments through their growth journey. This position offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in relationship management, business development, and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, encourage, and drive innovative leadership
  • Prospect for open point candidates
  • Create and present new dealer appointment proposals to the executive committee
  • Schedule, conduct, and summarize dealer applicant information and make applicable recommendations to regional and national management teams
  • Facilitate and oversee buy/sell/termination/relocation actions
  • Enforce dealer compliance with sales & service agreements and ensure renewals are completed prior to their expiration date
  • Develop and recommend network strategy plans to management team
  • Direct and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to marketing, retail process, incentive programs, distribution, and dealer network development
  • Oversee business operational related activities of region administrative staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years progressive, exempt-level of dealer network development/market representation and wholesale/retail automotive experience.
  • 3+years of automotive management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, master’s degree a plus, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Extensive travel is often required.
  • Must maintain a valid unconditional driver’s license and a MMNA approved driving record.

Pay Transparency: 

The base salary for this position ranges between $130,000 to $160,000. The base salary will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
