Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a contract Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team based in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse and inclusive group of team members within our fast-paced and evolving industry. Our team works in a client-facing capacity with Issuers and Law Firms to make it as easy of an experience as possible to post both mandatory and voluntary disclosures with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). On this team, you will guide clients over the phone, and provide top tier customer service. You will also process the administrative task of converting various disclosure documents into compliant, well-formatted files to be disseminated on the EDGAR platform (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, & Retrieval).
This is a temporary contract position expected last approximately 12 months, with the potential to go permanent. The work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Arizona time. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:

Provide world-class customer service by communicating with clients through email, phone, and various other sources of client requests

As one of the largest financial printers, readily identify and service all client needs to fulfill the electronic transmission of their sensitive documents to the SEC
-
Apply a robust knowledge of SEC guidelines and EDGAR rule specifications to ensure successful client disclosures, which includes continual learning on the job as EDGAR regulations evolve

Daily use of Microsoft Office suite and internal group of applications

Convert documents from various file types including Word, Excel. Powerpoint, and PDF into HTML format

Process live submission of documents with the SEC using proprietary Broadridge software
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
-
1-2 years of experience with customer service and administrative task management

Knowledge of financial industry a plus, but not required
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail

Comfortable speaking with senior management, Board members, Partners/Attorneys

Understanding of process management, and ability to work with tight deadlines
-
Ability to remain on phone calls for extended periods of time
The pay rate for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
