About the Role
Mangomint is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and systems-minded Creative Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Growth Services team. The Creative Operations Manager role at Mangomint will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment managing diverse cross-channel projects. You’ll lead initiatives across digital, web, print, direct mail, video, and live events—owning timelines, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution.
If you love bringing order to complexity, contributing creatively, systemizing success, and launching initiatives that drive impact, we’d love to see you apply.
In this role, you will:
-
Own and manage our Asana workspace, including workflows, templates, reporting, and continuous process improvements
-
Partner with teams across Growth, Design, Data, Sales, and external collaborators to plan, scope, and launch integrated campaigns spanning web, email, social, print, video, and in-person events
-
Coordinate every phase of a project—briefs, ticket grooming, timelines, approvals, and handoffs—to keep work moving efficiently and on time
-
Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with stakeholders to gain buy-in, set priorities, and improve outcomes
-
Manage external contractors, creative partners, and vendors to source and deliver high-quality campaign assets and components
-
Tackle unexpected challenges—whether a shifting deadline or a brand-new request—with agility, using process and clear communication to create momentum
-
Identify process gaps and champion ways to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively across the team
What We’re Looking For
-
4–7 years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally in a fast-moving in-house marketing or creative team, or agency setting
-
Deep experience with Asana (or similar tools like Monday, Wrike, or Airtable), with the ability to build, optimize, and scale systems across teams
-
Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns—from digital ads and landing pages to swag, direct mail, and event experiences
-
Clear and confident communicator with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders and keeping projects on track
-
A natural problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and a bias toward action in ambiguous situations
-
Experience working with vendors and contractors, including sourcing, estimating, scheduling, and managing delivery
-
Highly detail-oriented, yet able to zoom out and prioritize against broader goals
-
Comfortable working independently, managing your own time and priorities with little oversight
Bonus points for experience with:
-
Print production and sourcing
-
Digital QA processes
-
Creative or advertising agency background
