Creator Specialist

As a Creator Specialist, you will identify and evaluate influencers across multiple platforms, staying ahead of social media trends to ensure each creator aligns with specific client criteria. This role requires strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creator-casting projects while collaborating closely with internal teams. Reporting to the Creator Operations Manager, you will work closely with Campaign Operations and Product to drive successful partnerships and enhance platform capabilities.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Creator Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate potential creators on various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client specifications, target audience demographics, and campaign goals.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to make informed recommendations. Provide insights on emerging trends and how they may impact creator selection.

  • Expertise Development: Gain proficiency in CreatorIQ’s platform tools to streamline the creator selection process, analyze performance metrics, and deliver valuable insights to clients.

  • Presentation of Options: Curate and present lists of relevant creators to clients, highlighting each creator's suitability, potential impact, and alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple creator-casting projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and organization. Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Campaign Execution team and client’s teams to align creator recommendations with campaign goals and client expectations, ensuring a cohesive approach to influencer selection and campaign strategy.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing and/or using social media.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer trends, and the digital creator landscape.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess creator metrics and evaluate alignment with target demographics.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using CreatorIQ or similar influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
