Position OverviewWe are seeking a Developer Relations Manager to lead and expand our developer engagement efforts. This individual will drive Linera’s strategy for building and nurturing relationships within the developer community, ensuring that our platform is well-supported, widely adopted, and effectively communicated.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for developer relations that aligns with Linera’s business objectives.
Identify key opportunities to enhance our developer ecosystem and increase our market presence.
Community Engagement
Build and sustain a vibrant developer community by fostering relationships, hosting events, and creating engaging content.
Actively manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter in partnership with Community and Ecosystem Lead.
Advocacy and Education
Serve as the primary advocate for Linera within the developer community.
Educate developers about our technology, answer their questions, and provide them with the resources they need to be successful.
Content and Resource Development
Oversee the creation of educational materials, including tutorials, blog posts, and documentation.
Ensure that content is high-quality, informative, and aligned with community needs.
Feedback Integration
Establish effective feedback channels to gather insights from the developer community.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that developer feedback informs product development and improvements.
Metrics and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of developer relations activities.
Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team on community engagement and impact.
Experience: 3+ years in developer relations, technical evangelism, L1/web3 preferred or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful community engagement and developer programs from 0-1.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating impactful content and delivering persuasive presentations.
Community Engagement: Strong network within the developer community and a reputation for building productive relationships and fostering collaboration.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze community metrics and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexible and open to adapting strategies based on feedback and changing business needs.
