We are looking for an amazing, digitally-savvy marketer (experienced in inbound, outbound, and general marketing ops) to help build and grow Monigle's marketing funnel. You must be motivated, versatile and passionate about making things happen and learning every day. You will be responsible for leading a team in the development of our marketing plan including a robust content calendar. And, a key ingredient will be getting this rich content distributed intelligently to reach the right people at the right time based on where they are in their journey to find Monigle, even if they don't know they are looking for us. Creating helpful, insightful, maybe even entertaining content coupled with appropriate outbound marketing that establishes us as a knowledge leader will attract site traffic or cause a prospect to reach out to us in other ways. You will be working in close collaboration with our internal sales team who will follow-up on inbound leads. Much of your work will be in collaboration with our leaders in brand strategy, design, brand voice, research, and other core disciplines.
In this role, you can expect:

  • Develop and drive an overarching Marketing strategy to achieve business metrics and long-term growth for Monigle by growing market awareness for our expertise, solutions, and services.
  • Lead and project manage all content marketing efforts, including inbound and outbound marketing efforts, by partnering closely with practitioners, salespeople, and leadership.
  • Build and drive campaigns utilizing rich content to effectively raise awareness and consideration of Monigle to critical audiences and industries in our B2B space.
  • Continue growing, refining, and optimizing critical audiences based on performance insights.
  • Drive rich marketing calendar, including all content and distribution channels, marketing and sales campaigns, and conferences/awards.
  • Facilitate developing, editing, and proofreading marketing content, most often written by our practitioners, executive leaders, or freelance contractors, to deliver on our content calendar.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance and activities.
  • Build and deliver weekly executive leadership reporting on growth pipeline performance.
  • Lead marketing team including building and setting team goals, defining key metrics/KPIs, setting up trainings, and finding ways to partner together better to maximize the effectiveness of the Growth team.
  • Build and manage a rich content calendar and run campaigns that attract a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, video, email, etc.).
  • Guide development of appropriate content, most often written by our practitioners, and optimize that content to drive broad and long-term value
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our?inbound?marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Guide or lead efforts related to SEO, paid search, website optimization, etc.
  • Travel when needed


Our ideal candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience and proven success in inbound/content marketing and outbound
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, SharpSpring, Marketo and/or other marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Comfortable using website CMS tools - creating and optimizing pages, content updates, etc.
  • WordPress experience a plus
  • A can-do attitude, quick to take ownership, comfort with multi-tasking and strong at prioritization in a fast-paced environment


Salary range: $115,000 - 130,000 (Denver, Colorado area)

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
