About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, customer-centric Director of Product Management Go to Market to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will take ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for our products, ensuring successful positioning, product launches, and sustained market growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to deliver integrated GTM plans that drive adoption and establish market leadership.
Role available in Multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Positioning: Lead market research to deeply understand target audiences, user personas, and competitive dynamics. Define impactful product positioning and differentiation that resonate with key market segments.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for product launches, coordinating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to maximize reach and market impact.
- Bi-Annual Product Announcements: Own the bi-annual product announcement process, collaborating with Marketing to develop a high-impact campaign that drives awareness and engagement. Ensure alignment across teams to meet timeline and communication objectives.
- Customer Insights & Engagement: Actively engage with customers and gather insights to support product and GTM strategies. Leverage marketing feedback to provide inputs into product raodmaps and continuously enhance customer experience.
- Messaging & Value Proposition: Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product messaging and positioning, ensuring clear and compelling articulation of the product’s value.
- Sales Enablement: Equip Sales and Service and Support teams with the necessary tools, content, and training (e.g., pitch decks, battle cards, case studies) to drive impactful conversations and support the entire buyer journey.
- Performance Metrics & Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics like adoption, retention, and upsell, and use data-driven insights to optimize GTM strategies for long-term product success.
- Events & Product Representation: Define and manage the product’s presence at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Oversee demo modules in partnership with R&D, ensuring powerful, targeted product representation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver cohesive, high-impact GTM initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a tech-focused, B2B environment.
- Proven Track Record: Strong history of launching and marketing products with measurable business impact.
- Skills: Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into strategic GTM initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at stakeholder alignment and facilitation.
- Mindset: Strategic, customer-focused leader with a proactive, hands-on approach. Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
