About the Role
For this job we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United States.
Ontra is seeking an Enablement Specialist - Contract Automation CS, reporting to our Manager, Enablement - Customer Success on our Enablement team.
The role is a great opportunity for a strategic and proactive individual who will develop top of the line training, curriculum, and reference material to empower our Customer Success team to perform their roles effectively and efficiently. You'll work closely with all parts of the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure our client-facing functions have the knowledge and resources to adequately partner with, grow, and retain our customers.

What You'll Do
- Content development: Create and iterate on content and training materials required for new product rollouts, customer strategy, and process updates to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Contract Automation Customer Success team
- Coaching: Develop and partner with customer success leaders to deliver hands-on coaching and reinforce skill development
- Cross-functional partnership and collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and support for customer success initiatives
- Coordination: Support the delivery of live enablement and training materials, serve as primary enablement point of contact for new hires, and curate and leverage an internal network of subject matter experts
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for partners, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to help them achieve their goals

Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$75,000 - $105,000 USD
