EverCommerce is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer who is looking for an opportunity to grow in their career and work with a rapidly scaling business. This person will be part of the People Team (you might know us as HR) and be a champion of EverCommerce culture. Reporting to our Director,  Talent Acquisition, you’ll work alongside other recruiters to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent sourcing and building candidate pipelines from varied sources
  • Develop strategies to identify and engage both passive and active technical and non-technical talent using various sourcing techniques. 
  • Establish sourcing strategy while consistently delivering results through identification of top talent
  • Strategize different ways of outreach to external talent, always providing an engaging first touch experience for candidates
  • Collaborate with others on the Talent Acquisition team and hiring teams on overall sourcing strategy. 
  • Market Analysis to identify hidden talent pools
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience by providing end-to-end transparent communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and smooth transitions to TA Specialists
  • Capture and analyze the results of sourcing strategy and implement improvements
  • Maintain candidate outreach data and track KPI’s
  • Utilize a variety of tools, platforms and sources, including social media and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open positions. 
  • Champion EverCommerce’s values and culture as the first point of contact in the candidate experience 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience sourcing and closing requisitions ranging from junior to senior level operational roles including but not limited to Software Engineering, Product & Project Management, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Cloud Technology, Implementation, UI/UX, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and corporate roles.
  • Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques  
  • Knowledge and experience with sourcing tools and platforms to identify and target candidates 
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively engage passive talent for hard to fill roles 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to define and track sourcing metrics, identify challenges and develop new approaches 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized and thorough in managing multiple open roles simultaneously 
  • Flexibility, a fast-paced environment makes you feel energized, not stressed 
  • Use of Talent Acquisition and tools such as ATS, CRM tools, LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, Entelo, Muse,  etc.
  • Global Talent Acquisition experience preferred

Where: Remote-US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States.– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $79,000-$89,000 per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
