Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative and operational tasks. This role is crucial for leading our team, managing our warehouse operations, and upholding the high standards of operational excellence that define our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including workflow management, resource allocation, and maintenance of operational standards.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability among the team. Provide clear direction and support to staff, promoting an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Hiring and Termination: Manage the entire recruitment process, from interviewing and hiring new staff to conducting terminations in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Supervisory Meetings: Organize and run regular supervisor meetings to discuss updates, tackle issues, and strategize on upcoming projects.
  • Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the President, providing updates, insights, and reports on operational activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in a warehouse or related field.
  • Additional 3 years of experience in warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively.
  • Highly adaptable, with a capability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $68,000 to $79,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Paid Time Off: Comprehensive paid time off policy including holidays, vacation, and personal days.
