Google Dialogflow CX Developer
Location: Remote - USA
Employment: Full Time or FT Temp

As a Google Dialogflow CX Developer at Eventus, you will be responsible for Conversational AI tool design approaches, configuration, and coding and unit testing.
Qualifications For Success:
- 2 or more years of experience as a conversational AI Developer (required experience is with Google Dialogflow CX). In addition, experience with IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms is a plus.
- Experience using API calls to extend functionality and integration with other services
- Agent Assist experience.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of contact center operations, customer service processes and challenges in these environments.
- Experience testing and quality assurance of AI / IVR solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to concepts in the rapidly evolving field of AI

Applicants can expect to make between $120,000 to $130,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus up to 5%.
