Position Description:
The Internal Communications Program Manager will play a key role in scaling culture and values as the company continues to grow and embrace work in a hybrid environment. The Internal Communications Program Manager will have an opportunity to engage the employee community by communicating key company initiatives. This role will report to the Head of Strategic Operations, inside of the Networks and Technology department.
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop internal and employee communications strategies to influence, educate and inform employees across all geographies.
- Contribute to planning and implementation of departmental and leadership meetings
- Act as project manager to track communications prioritization, effectiveness and measurement (e.g. monthly communications advances, communications calendar, etc.)
- Manage employee feedback and research questions submitted via various internal channels
- Lead buildout of Networks and Technology Change Management program
- Proactively manage changes in program scope and identifying, assessing and escalating issues
- Participate in and co-lead workforce development programs and events
- Execute detailed Networks and Technology Comms and Change Management related programs on-time & on-budget
- Develop and manage the project plan to execute applicable integration activities to achieve desired end state for acquisitions
- Responsible for quality control and continuous improvement processes of deliverables.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Communications, Journalism, PR or similar, or related experience required
- 3+ years of experience in communications or relevant field required
- Acute attention to detail
- Strategic thinking skills
- Strong written communications skills: developing content with persuasive and engaging copywriting
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and demands
- Curious mindset and openness to take direction and complete projects independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize high visibility projects and manage multiple requests with ease
- Ability to work effectively with team members - at all levels - across different functions
Base Pay Range: $66,500 - $99,750 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
