As an IT Manager, you'll be a critical part of our dynamic environment, ensuring our technology infrastructure empowers our teams to achieve their best. As an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring seamless operations, directly impacting our growth and efficiency.
As our IT Manager, you'll be the backbone of our technology operations, responsible for:

  • Strategic Infrastructure Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our computer, data, and networking systems, enhancing security and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of our hardware, software, and networks, ensuring reliability and minimal disruption.
  • User Empowerment: Provide exceptional technical support to internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, SOX), safeguarding our data and systems.
  • Vendor & Project Management: Effectively manage relationships with ISPs and other external vendors, and lead IT projects to successful completion.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.


Requirements
What you'll do...

  • Maintain and optimize company networks, collaborating with ISPs to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Manage hardware inventory, including procurement, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Configure and manage company hardware and software, ensuring accurate setups and access controls.
  • Administer and manage licensing for company software applications, ensuring compliance and access.
  • Oversee device management programs, video conferencing, phone, and chat software.
  • Manage Google Workspace, including user administration and email support.
  • Implement and enforce company security standards across all devices and applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and policies.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and communication, ensuring on-time and on-spec delivery.


What you offer us...

  • 3+ years of experience in a software environment/operations.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace, MS Office tools, and mobile device management.
  • Strong proficiency in Mac OS and Windows platforms.
  • Experience with project and task management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, SOX) and tools like SecureFrame.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.


What we offer you...

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $85,000 - $100,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
