About the Role

We are looking for a Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world’s largest companies. You will play a key role in receiving, reviewing, and processing maintenance requests for our equipment fleet. This position will be responsible for coordinating repairs with external vendors, assessing costs, and prioritizing maintenance tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review maintenance requests submitted by internal stakeholders or external partners.
  • Determine if maintenance requests are potential damage claims resulting from incidents involving carriers, facilities, or unknown third parties.
  • Coordinate closely with the Non-Energy HSE Manager to conduct investigations for damage claims and incidents.
  • Utilize the preferred vendor list to identify repair vendors in the market and facilitate the selection of appropriate vendors for repairs.
  • Assess repair costs and prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational impact.
  • Determine if maintenance requests can wait and are not a priority, avoiding unnecessary dispatch of costly roadside services.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation: $60k-$74k

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dispatch, coordination, or administrative role, preferably in a maintenance or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
