Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the Village.  We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives. 

The Change Management and Deployment Manager will support the implementation of small to large change initiatives using process improvement and change management methodologies. This will require working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Change deployments will include:

  • Partnering with teams across the organization to deploy new processes and innovative medical technologies
  • Use of organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans
  • Exercising strong project management skills to achieve adoption and transformational outcomes
  • Adhering to and evolving a standard practice for change management and deployment

The Manager will directly lead and/or indirectly influence teams of highly motivated change agents with process improvement, change management, and organization development experience, and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to business unit leads and senior executives. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and executes change management strategies and tactical plans to help individuals adopt change and modify behavior consistent with intent of change initiatives
  • Manages project stakeholders to be supportive of change and actively engage as sponsors
  • Identifies adoption, adherence, and outcome metrics and designs measurement processes to reinforce change effectiveness
  • Leverages change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, etc.) to structure and incubate deployment plans and strategies
  • Recognizes, documents and shares best demonstrated practices across the enterprise
  • Masterfully articulates the “Why?” behind change programs to help create a shared vision
  • Possesses strong analytical prowess with the ability to translate analysis into prioritized recommendations.
  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to audiences
  • Successfully collaborates with cross-functional lanes on projects to manage to a plan and integrate across work streams
  • Demonstrates ability to use relationship building and communication skills to clearly articulate objectives and influence others
  • Plans and executes all elements of deployment.  Includes, but is not limited to:
    • Stakeholder Management and Assessing Change Readiness
    • Sponsorship models
    • Communication Plans
    • Training plans and mediums
  • Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
  • 10%-25% travel may be required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-8 years of work experience in change management, organizational development and / or project implementation
  • Experience supporting large-scale implementation or business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Change management certification preferred
  • Project management certification preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
