Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a Marketing Manager-Demand Generation to create and execute demand generation programs for the business aviation market.
Our ideal candidate is strategic with experience building persona-driven campaigns aligned to each stage of the buying cycle and customer journey, and executing them through the latest marketing tools and technologies. You enjoy A/B testing as you're constantly looking to do more of what works and less of what doesn't. You work with colleagues to define the media and channel mix that comprise an integrated marketing strategy. This position is ideal for a creative thinker who is also analytical, results-driven, collaborative and enjoys owning and executing impactful marketing programs that drive results.

How will you make a difference?

  • Craft and execute fully integrated demand generation programs, throughout all stages of the sales funnel, to get the word out about Gogo and drive qualified leads
  • Take ownership of developing the integrated marketing plan for your strategic area of focus
  • Comfortable experimenting with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - utilizing skills across content ideation, paid media campaigns, SEM strategy, event management, social media, performance analysis, and much more
  • Understand the customer's needs and develop persona-driven content, messages and campaigns that are targeted and relevant to each unique buyer type/journey
  • Work alongside product marketing to build exciting and engaging new product introduction campaigns and assets
  • Build strategic relationships and partners with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Identify trends and insights (through data aggregation, customer conversations and marketing analytics) to continually optimize performance and spending
  • Collaborate with and influence sales and marketing peers and leaders to craft optimized strategies to engage new leads and customers

Qualifications

 

  • 3-6 years of B2B marketing experience - aviation or technology industries preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience

Required Skills, Talents, and Experience

 

 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, including: audience segmentation, demand generation, lead nurture, customer marketing, and digital marketing
  • Skilled in crafting and executing integrated marketing programs that drive results
  • Understanding of integrated marketing approaches and when and how to leverage different channels
  • Experience designing persona-specific buying journeys for every stage of the sales and marketing funnel
  • Strong familiarity with a portfolio of marketing technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

Base Pay:
88,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual
Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:
Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
