ROLE IMPACT

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of TextUs by owning critical marketing initiatives across product go-to-market (GTM) planning, organic social media, customer engagement, reputation management, partnerships, and campaign execution. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to deliver impactful marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support & execute product go-to-market (GTM) plans, including launch strategies, messaging, and cross-functional alignment to ensure product adoption and success alongside the product marketing team.
  • Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content that drives brand awareness, community growth, and audience interaction.
  • Lead customer engagement initiatives, including newsletters, customer webinars, case studies, and other tactics to strengthen brand reputation and drive retention.
  • Oversee review and reputation management, driving strategies to collect, monitor, and leverage customer reviews across related platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra) to build credibility and improve visibility.
  • Support partnership, alliance, and customer referral programs by creating co-marketing materials, managing joint campaigns, and fostering collaboration with external partners.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including integrated campaigns that align with overall business goals and drive measurable results across key channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Analyze campaign and program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • You don’t mind getting in the weeds and executing product GTM motions and have a strong ability to work cross functionally.
  • You are obsessed with data and use it to optimize campaigns and tactics for better outcomes. 
  • You are proficient in managing customer engagement initiatives that deliver impactful results.
  • You are well-versed in social media channels for B2B usage and admire unique approaches to social engagement. 
  • You have experience with collecting and analyzing reviews on platforms to hit certain KPI metrics or goals. 
  • You have a strong understanding of partner/co-marketing tactics with the ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • You demonstrate strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
