Summary of Role:

 

AdCellerant’s Earned and Owned Media team is looking for a skilled Earned & Owned Media Specialist to help strategically support new and existing clients via our strategic partnerships. The Earned and Owned Media Specialist will be primarily setting up and managing Local SEO campaigns, ongoing optimizations, and renewals. Additionally, the Earned and Owned Media Specialist will support with other solutions such as social, accessibility, and reputation management. This requires maintaining clear and effective communication to all parties within the earned and owned channel, executing and enhancing setups, workflow, and optimizations.

 

This role will keep your attention, motivate you to be better, solidify your skill base, and develop a set of skills that are vital for continued professional growth. It will offer the opportunity to experience SEO, organic social and lead generation, product development and execution first-hand. Adaptation, flexibility, and a “be the solution” mentality are required to be a dedicated resource for quality partnerships in the long-term.

Responsibilities:

 

Here's what you'll be doing.

 

  • Set up Local SEO campaigns, maintain communication and workflow per account, track monthly activities, and present monthly reporting.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment on strategy direction and deliverables to ensure positive, timely progression of SEO campaigns.
  • Create and schedule social post calendars for organic social clients.
  • Set up lead generation widgets such as chat bots to support client conversion efforts.
  • Monitor earned media tickets to mitigate lingering challenges and provide solutions
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for day-to-day product and process improvement.

Location Information:

 

This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.

 

  • Our HQ is in Denver, Colorado. Our fun, downtown location is open for those who wish to work in the office, set visitor meetings, and collaborate with coworkers in person.
  • Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

Compensation:

 

Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and bonuses, targeting a total annual compensation range of $70,000 - $80,000. The salary is $50,000 annually. The bonus structure will be tied to campaign volume and successful execution and management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing including SEO, analytics data, operations and/or advertising campaign management.
  • 1+ years of social posting and content calendar management experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO performance and analytics tools is preferred.
  • 3+ years in sales or account management role at a digital company preferred.
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM preferred.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead client communication.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to compartmentalize, prioritize and execute upon multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
