Department Summary
The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry's best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Integral member of an internal creative team working with writer/producers to execute creative vision by filming, designing graphic animations and editing internal employee and customer facing informational videos
  • Advocates for customers and partners, remaining always considerate of customer experiences and the larger context of every individual project
  • Must possess solid camera, motion graphic and editing skills
  • Must have a firm understanding of all aspects of production, including production equipment, lighting techniques, cameras/lenses, audio, guiding the work from production through post when necessary
  • Must possess graphic design skills to support various print and digital media needs (posters, fliers, general marketing materials, etc.)
  • Execute shoots in the field or studio with creativity and mastery
  • Brings verbal/audio and visual/video elements together in order to tell a cohesive and compelling story
  • Continuously discovers and implements new skills and industry best practices to maximize quality and efficiency of work
  • Able to actively participate in team brainstorming sessions
  • Must be a team player, able to manage own time, personal workload, and priorities to deliver high volume, quality work on schedule
  • Able to assign an accurate level-of-effort on any given task and responsible for raising early flags (to creative manager) before workload affects quality
  • Able to work extended hours as necessary
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Enjoy building relationships


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Video or Film Production, Graphic Animation, or related experience
  • 3-5 years experience in Video Production (shooting & editing)


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Familiarity with recording and editing audio
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with production related activities including budget, scripts, scheduling, editing, deliverables and quality control
  • Proficiency in graphic design to support print and digital media
  • Positive action-oriented attitude and organization skills required
  • Passion for producing high-quality, well-thought out work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Resume and portfolio/reel required
  • Ability to travel if necessary


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
