Our platform helps businesses onboard, integrate, and convert data seamlessly, improving efficiency across industries.

We’re seeking a NetSuite Program Manager to lead the charge in expanding our presence in the NetSuite ecosystem. This role is critical to our strategy as we create tailored solutions that accelerate onboarding, implementation, and customization for our partners in the NetSuite space. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technical execution, and partner management.

This role reports to: Eric Crane, COO

Why are we hiring for this now?

Flatfile is seeing immense growth potential in the independent software vendor (ISV) and system integrator (SI) space, particularly with NetSuite. We've made significant progress with critical players in this ecosystem and now need a dedicated Netsuite Program Manager to formalize our approach.

This role will drive technical configurations, customize Flatfile for NetSuite, and ensure seamless integrations with system integrators and partners. You will be the linchpin, ensuring Flatfile is positioned as a critical tool for NetSuite implementations, allowing our partners to onboard customers faster and more efficiently.

In this role, you will:

Custom Config Development & Iteration:

Design and implement a customized version of Flatfile that integrates seamlessly with NetSuite. You will collaborate with technical teams to define specifications that meet the unique needs of Netsuite SIs.

Lead Technical Implementations:

Serve as the technical expert on NetSuite projects, guiding system integrators and partners through successful Flatfile integrations. You'll spec out solutions and ensure they align with the overarching goals of both Flatfile and NetSuite's ecosystem.

Cross-functional Execution:

Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop Flatfile configurations that seamlessly integrate with the NetSuite infrastructure, ensuring a smooth, repeatable, and scalable solution.

Ecosystem Engagement:

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of developments within the NetSuite product and ecosystem to ensure that Flatfile is the preferred solution for data onboarding and integration.

Consider playing if the following sounds like you:

Deep NetSuite Expertise:

4+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementations or building tools and services to support NetSuite integrations.

Technical Aptitude:

2+ years of experience using APIs, SDKs, and development tools. A clear understanding of data conversion and integration is essential.

Customization & Configuration:

Experience in developing and configuring software solutions for complex ecosystems, such as NetSuite, to support tailored client needs.

Relationship Building:

Create and maintain the right relationships across system integrators and independent software vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Solution-Oriented:

Ability to creatively solve complex problems, especially those related to data onboarding and integration, within NetSuite environments.
