Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute design strategy, design projects, standardized web templates and personalization components, translating business goals into compelling personalized web experiences, such as Web, Email and Content Marketing in support of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.

  • Manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform ensuring that there is a steady stream of new, integrated use cases for Personalization in Marketing Cloud.

  • Prioritize the implementation of use cases for personalization, maintaining the project plan aligned with business priorities and strategies.

  • Continuously improve the Revvity Signals website and design, collaborating closely with other designers, Marketing and other teams to align on branding design elements for the corporate brand with other UX designers.

  • Employ the latest best practices, AI/ML technologies and A/B testing for the best customer experiences. Manage AI creative platforms, including AI use cases for optimal AI asset management and the creation of AI prompts and queries.

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams such as Web Development, Design, Marketing Operations and Product teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across channels.

  • Support management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, including defining standards for Digital Asset Transformation (DAT) and taxonomy in the digital asset management platform. Curate and set standards for creative imagery and content to represent the brand.

  • Apply your understanding of SEO technical best practices with imagery and video to optimize our web presence and visibility.

  • Oversee the implementation, reporting, and analysis of digital asset metrics to gauge web and content performance, making data-driven decisions for future design strategies.

  • Use data analytics and Marketing Cloud reporting tools to report on performance.

  • Designate tasks and establish project deadlines using established project management tools.

Additional Skills Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with content management systems, particularly designing with Figma for Acquia/Drupal components and templates to implement content and UI updates effectively.

  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) who can effectively express one’s ideas and motivate and influence cross-functional teams to drive progress.

  • Expert in HTML, CSS, front-end design, personalization, and web user interface design.

  • Proactive thinker with a bias for action and a sense of urgency, seizing opportunities to make shifts that will drive material improvement in the digital experience and deliver customer value.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Innovation in the adoption of new technologies.

  • Experience implementing and managing the corporate asset dam, for example, Bynder, is preferred.

  • A solid background in Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, Google Tag Manager, MS Office.

  • A robust knowledge base in web-based design principles, especially concerning accessibility and website security.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in UX Design, Digital Media, or Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in web development and UX/UI design, with a personalization portfolio showcasing your projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with delivery of template and component design for content management platforms, and Drupal is highly preferred.

  • Prior work in B2B SaaS, biotech, pharma, life sciences or technology industries is highly desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • This full-time remote role requires availability during core working hours and the flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

  • Occasional travel may be required to meet team and project needs.
