Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and technology leaders to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Oversee the process of bringing new features, including requirements gathering, collaborating with the engineering team and architects and ensuring cross-functional alignment on delivery requirements
  • Partner with senior leadership to proactively problem solve and prioritize initiatives with the potential to deliver the greatest business impact
  • Manage product value, usability, feasibility and business risks
  • Ensure artifacts are clear and understandable
  • Collaborate with Technical Product Managers, the engineering team and architects for each platform component to ensure their work aligns with the larger product deliverables
  • Create initiatives and epics in Jira, detailing clear acceptance criteria, objectives and scope
  • Experience managing e2e projects through product lifecycle
  • Lead agile ceremonies for product delivery
  • Lead customer journey mapping sessions and have the ability to understand the customer experience


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration) or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • A level of technical acumen that allows you to understand and participate in solution discussions
  • Experience in the wireless industry
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation and written/verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
  • Ability to plan for future work while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong experience interacting and working with multiple dev teams
  • Technical proficiency in Rally, Agile Methodology experience, full understanding of CI/CD environment


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
