Job Duties and Responsibilities
At DISH, the Product Acceptance Team's (PAT) mission is to ensure that software applications meet the needs of end-users and allow for a positive customer experience. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and usability of software applications during the User Acceptance Testing phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather UAT requirements and create test plans
- Develop and execute UAT test cases based on business requirements
- Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Ensure that UAT testing aligns with project timelines and quality standards
- Communicate UAT results and issues to project teams and stakeholders
- Create, review, validate, and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite
- Provide feedback to the development team on product functionality and usability
- Represent the test team in project status meetings and communicate issues appropriately
- Other duties as required
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or UAT Analyst in software development projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to comprehend technical/business requirements and specifications
- Ability to learn new technologies and tools
- Strong competency using Google Suite is desired
- Experience/familiarity using tools such as Rally, Service Now, JIRA, or similar for test management and defect tracking is a plus
- Attention to detail and discipline while managing multiple tasks simultaneously - all of which allow for smooth sailing from the development phase into production mode
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,375.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
