About the role:

We are seeking an experienced ML/AI Product Manager to spearhead our ambitious transformation to an intelligent platform. 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ML/AI.
  • Utilize Pacvue’s wealth of data to build ML/AI models.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop safe, scalable, and high-performing ML/AI.
  • Conduct deep user research to understand real pain points and map opportunities where autonomy and intelligence drive step-change value. 
  • Define product requirements and success metrics with clarity and precision. 
  • Continuously evaluate the evolving ML/AI ecosystem—tools, models, frameworks —and determine their fit for our products. 
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption, user trust, and measurable impact from ML/AI-powered features.

Skills and Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of product management or engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML products, or intelligent automation. 
  • Strong technical fluency—comfortable working with engineering and AI/ML teams. 
  • Track record of delivering ML/AI-driven features with measurable business and user impact. 
  • Deep empathy for users and ability to turn fuzzy problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. 
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce or adtech ecosystem is a big plus.  
  • We value outcomes over hours and trust our team to manage their time effectively. While most work happens during standard business hours, we are a global company and require occasional flexibility outside of 9-5 to support key initiatives and international teamwork.
