ClickUp is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Global Events Coordinator to join our Community and Field Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating and producing successful customer events at a high pace and on a global scale, with a strong network of venue and vendor contacts.
Reporting to the Global Sr. Director of Community & Field Marketing, the Global Events Coordinator will be instrumental in executing ClickUp's vision for community engagement through impactful events. This is an opportunity to define and organize events on a global stage and build the playbook on how to run them at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including sourcing venues, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event alignment with company goals, sales strategy and brand messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with global vendors, partners, internal account executives and other stakeholders.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global event coordination.
Qualifications:
This role requires international travel on short notice. As such, candidates must currently hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining at the time of application.
- Bachelor's degree in Field Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong global network of contacts in the events and field marketing industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in event management software, Salesforce and ClickUp
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (2-4x per month throughout AMER and LATAM primarily)
- Digital Community Management skills a plus
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$93,750—$120,000 USD
