SaaS Account Executive, Beam

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your ability to understand client needs, showcase the value of our SAAS solutions, and close deals will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and research.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to address their challenges.
- Lead engaging discovery meetings, uncovering customer needs and desired business value.
- Conduct compelling product value demonstrations and presentations to showcase the positive business impact of our SAAS offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes, addressing client needs and highlighting the unique value propositions of our solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, providing accurate and timely updates on deal progress.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve our sales approach and offerings.
- Participate in industry and customer events communicating the value of the Beam products.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise-level value-based software sales, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Adept at managing a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work effectively.
- Residence in or near Denver, Colorado, and the ability to travel as needed (estimated 20% travel).
Salary: Competitive base salary $60k-$75k per year, with an uncapped commission structure, OTE $120k-$150k.
